Frank, who has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ulster University, has been involved in the development and construction of several large Scale Solar Panel Farms in England and Wales (over 200,000 panels) and more recently in the design and installation of PV Solar panels in a housing development in Monkstown, Co. Dublin. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry during which time he has been involved in many large projects in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. He was the Senior Engineer in projects such as the Project Arts Centre in Temple Bar, Clancy Barracks development in Dublin 8, the Beacon Apartments in Sandyford, the Villa Marina in the Isle of Man and recycling centres in Muscat and Khassb in Oman. Frank has also advised and instructed the ISEA in establishing the Solar Power Authority of Ireland.

Michael has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and has managed many large scale civil/build projects in Ireland, Germany, Oman and the UK. During this time he has been responsible for the development and installation of over 23,000KW of solar power.

Justin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying & Property Economics from Dublin Institute of Technology. His background encompasses domestic, farming, turf, hospitality and medical sectors. Originally from a farming background in Sligo, he has worked in both the UK and Ireland. He is committed to the evolution and distribution of photovoltaic energy in Ireland. He will work closely with each client, individual or corporate, in order to ensure that the PV Solar Installations team achieves their specific energy requirement.

Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer

Rory is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of Engineers Ireland. In a career spanning over 20 years he has acquired a vast range of construction skills and expertise having worked as a site engineer for some of Ireland's major construction companies such as John Sisk, Cramptons and P J Walls (Civil). He has also worked for Mott MacDonald one of Ireland’s leading Engineering consultants. He has held the position of Resident Engineer for both Dublin City Council and South Dublin County Council. Some of the projects he has been involved with include IKEA Belfast as well as affordable housing schemes for S.D.C.C. He is also very experienced in the areas of Health & Safety protocols and Quality Assurance. In recent years he has been involved in the remediation scheme for Pyrite damaged properties.

Galina has an Honours Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering and Protection. She also holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Galina has the expertise and knowledge to work with Rory O'Connor in designing the most appropriate and efficient PV Solar System for each individual clients needs.

PV Solar Installations have very strict policies in place for all employees who go on site and in addition, they ensure that they possess the appropriate certifications. Policies & Certifications include:- Q.C., H & S, First Aid, Safe Pass, Scaffold Tickets, Height Certs, etc… Insurance policies include E.L./P.L./P.I./Combined Risk, etc.
